The following is standard with interior painting services.
SETUP
-
Furniture will be moved away from the area to be painted and protected with plastic.

Floors are covered with drop cloths, hardwood floor are covered with red-rosin paper.
EXPERT SURFACE PREPARATION
-
Remove defects and imperfections
-
Bare wood is primed.
-
Stains are sealed.
-
Holes and cracks are caulked or spackle.
-
Light switches and outlets covers are removed.
-
Repair any drywall defects in accordance to contract.
-
Prime any repaired drywall areas.
-
Apply a deglosser on stained wood surfaces prior to paint application.
APPLICATION OF PRODUCT
-
Application of the paint is applied with a brush, roller or sprayer depending on the surface and area.

Clean cut lines will be between trim and walls, wall and ceiling.
-
Premium high quality paints are used.
CLEAN UP
-
Furniture is placed back to the original position.
-
Install light switches and outlet cover.
-
Performed daily and upon completion of the job.
-
All debris is removed.
COMMENCEMENT OF WORK
-
All empty product containers, paper, and plastic will be removed from the job site.

The Crew Supervisor will make their selves available for a “wet walk-through” of the property with the Customer on the day of completion during normal working hours. The Crew Supervisor will complete a punch-out list during the walk-through. Any touch-ups will be done prior to leaving the job.

If touch ups or any paint deficiencies are identified after the crew has left, CPR’s commitment is to return within three business days from time of notification.

Touch-up paint is labeled and left with the customer.

A CPR representative will contact you within three business days to perform a customer survey to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
