The Goal of this remodel was to combine the living, and dining area to make it more open from all areas. A wall between the existing kitchen and dining area was removed. A swinging patio door was replaced with a sliding patio door to allow better use of the designated dining area. The Merillat Portrait cabinetry in a combination of maple and cherry add elegance and interest. The countertops are Avonite Studio Collection Copper Canyon solid surfacing. The countertops feature an integrated sink. The finishing touches in the kitchen are the Belvitra tile backsplash with glass tile and stone accents. The Moen Showhouse Felicity faucet in Oil Rubbed Bronze finish completes the elegance of this combination Retro and Contemporary style kitchen remodel. This project also included combining two smaller bedroom areas, adding a new bath and walk-in closet to create a Master Suite for the homeowners. The entire project area and main floor walls and ceiling were painted and the trim was stained with premier products from Sherwin-Williams. See Pictures below.
