RETAIL WARRANTY
FOR TWO- YEARS (2) FROM THE DATE OF INSTALLATION, CPR HOME STORE WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE, AT OUR OPTION, ANY DEFECTIVE MATERIAL PURCHASED AND INSTALLED THROUGH THE CPR HOME STORE , WITHOUT CHARGE FOR LABOR OR MATERIAL. MATERIALS USED FOR REPLACEMENT ARE WARRANTED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD.(GRANITE AND NATURAL STONE PRODUCTS CARRY NO WARRANTY)
FOR WARRANTY SERVICE, THE CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT THE CPR HOME STORE.
THIS LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DEFECTS CAUSED DUE TO
STRUCTURAL OR DESIGN CONDITIONS, INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR MOISTURE DAMAGE,
PHYSICAL ABUSE OR MISUSE, WORN FINISHES OF ANY KIND, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED
BY THE MANUFACTURER, SOILED GROUT, OR DEFECTS CAUSED BY MODIFICATION,
ALTERATION, REPAIR, OR SERVICE BY ANYONE OTHER THAN AN AUTHORIZED
CPR HOME STORE REPRESENTATIVE.
OPTIONAL 5-YEAR (5) WARRANTY AVAILABLE.
CONTRACTOR 1-YEAR REMODELING SERVICE WARRANTY
Except as set forth below, the Contractor warrants against any defective workmanship with respect to remodeling services for a period of twelve months from the date of completion.
For this limited warranty to be effective, Customer must:
1.Pay the full Contract price.
2.Retain a copy of this Agreement.
3.Promptly notify Contractor of defective workmanship.
Under those conditions, Contractor will:
1.Perform repairs with no labor charge to the original purchaser.
2.Perform any covered repairs to the level of surface preparation specified in this Agreement.
3.Perform covered repairs only on the specified areas where failure in workmanship has occurred.
CONTRACTOR 4-YEAR EXTERIOR PAINTING WARRANTY
Except as set forth below, the Contractor warrants against any defective workmanship with respect to exterior painting for a period of forty-eight months from the date of completion.
For this limited warranty to be effective, Customer must:
1.Pay the full Contract price.
2.Retain a copy of this Agreement.
3.Promptly notify Contractor of defective workmanship.
Under those conditions, Contractor will:
1.Perform repairs with no labor charge to the original purchaser.
2.Perform any covered repairs to the level of surface preparation specified in this Agreement.
3.Perform covered repairs only on the specified areas where failure in workmanship has occurred.
